ARE MOMOH BEAUTY PRODUCTS VEGAN?

Yes! All Momoh Beauty products are 100% vegan. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulas.

DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

Never. Momoh Beauty is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we do not sell in regions where animal testing is required by law.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?

Our products are formulated to be gentle and inclusive for all skin types, including sensitive skin. However, if you have specific concerns, we always recommend patch testing before full use or consulting with your dermatologist.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIP OIL BALM AND LIP GLOSS?

Our Lip Oil Balm (like Cake Me or Cherry Bomb) acts as a hybrid treatment—it nourishes deeply like a balm but shines like an oil. Our Lip Gloss (Gold Drip) is designed for high-impact shimmer and a glass-like finish.

WHICH IPHONE MODELS FIT THE MOMOH PHONE POUCH?

The Momoh Beauty Phone Pouch is currently available for iPhone 13, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max, 14, 14 Pro, 14 Pro Max, 15, 15 Pro, and 15 Pro Max. Check the product dropdown on the accessory page for current stock.

ARE THE LIP BALMS REFILLABLE?

Yes! We offer a sustainable Refillable Lip Oil Balm option. You can purchase the case once and simply swap out the internal cartridge when you run out or want to change shades.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE?

Yes, our formulas are gluten-free.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?

Some products contain Shea Butter, Argan Oil, or Coconut derivatives. While these are generally safe, they are produced in facilities that may handle nuts. Please review the full ingredient list on each product page if you have severe allergies.

ARE THEY SAFE FOR PREGNANCY?

None of our ingredients are known to be unsafe for pregnancy. However, we always recommend consulting your doctor with the ingredient list before starting any new beauty routine.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

Unopened products have a shelf life of 2 years. Once opened, we recommend using them within 12 months for the best experience.

SHIPPING

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Nigeria, and select European countries. We are working on expanding to more locations soon!

HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING TAKE?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our facility.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

UK: 2-4 business days.
USA: 3-5 business days.
Nigeria: 3-7 business days.
International: 7-14 business days depending on customs.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?

For UK and US orders, taxes are calculated at checkout. For other international orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes upon delivery, depending on your country's regulations.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes via standard shipping methods. Express shipping may require a physical address.

MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN.

Momoh Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Please contact the shipping carrier immediately with your tracking number. If they cannot help, email us at support@momohbeauty.com.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER?

We process orders very quickly. If you need to make a change, please email support@momohbeauty.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot edit or cancel it.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, verify that you entered the correct email address during checkout or log in to your account to view order history.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available for purchase in the shop. They are delivered immediately via email.

CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES?

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with automatic bundle discounts.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your card is charged immediately when you place the order on our website.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns for UNOPENED and UNUSED products within 7 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for used beauty products.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

Please email support@momohbeauty.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Our team will provide instructions.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

We do not offer direct exchanges. The best way to exchange an item is to return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED.

We are so sorry! Please email support@momohbeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will make it right.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact support for instructions.
