Delivery Timeframes

Domestic shipping may take 2-5 business days after dispatch, while international shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on location and customs.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Express shipping is available at an extra cost.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

Momoh Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If your package is delayed or damaged, please contact the courier first, then reach out to us via the support email (support@momohbeauty.com) and we will assist you.

Returns & Order Accuracy

Please ensure your email address is correct before completing your order. Returns are only accepted for UNOPENED and UNUSED PRODUCTS within 7 days of delivery.
